Project overview
OptiRecruits is an applicant tracking system for HR teams. I designed both the web platform and the mobile app around the everyday work of recruiting: posting jobs, reviewing candidates, running interviews and making offers.

Finding the right person faster.
Searching a large candidate pool is where recruiters lose most time. Filters for skills, experience, position, country and language sit next to the results, and matching recommendations rank candidates for the role.

From job post to interview.
Job postings show their status, deadline and number of applications, so recruiters know where to act first. Interviews are split into planned and completed, keeping the next step obvious.
